Inspired to Taste Canada is an event hosted by Hudson’s Bay, where you can meet some well-known cookbook authors and taste their recipes.  Hudson’s Bay is hosting 3 separate events in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, with a lineup of talented Canadian cookbook authors from across the country.  I’ll be at the Toronto event on May 17, which features Joel MacCharles (author of Batch) and Allyson Bobbitt and Sarah Bell, owners of popular Toronto pastry shop Bobbette & Belle. There will be chances to try featured recipes from the authors themselves, food demos, drinks and more.
