Taste of Iceland is a five-day festival in Toronto that showcases Icelandic culture, music, design, film and of course food. At this year’s Taste of Iceland dinner that took place at Toronto’s Leña Restaurante, we had the pleasure of enjoying some unique Icelandic dishes mixed with Canadian cuisine.
The annual Gourmet Food and Wine Expo took place in Toronto last week and I had a chance to visit the Olives From Spain booth. Chef Luis Valanzuela and his team from Carmen whipped up some delicious tapas with different varieties of Olives from Spain.
