Cholula recently launched their hot sauce in Canada and celebrated with the Brunch Club event with celebrity chef Matty Matheson. Matty showed up at Buca on a Sunday morning and hosted a unique multi-course brunch consisting of dishes made with Cholula hot sauce.  Cholula is a popular Mexican hot sauce known for its flavour rather than heat, which makes it versatile and approachable. It also comes in a variety of flavours that made for some fun brunch combinations like Ricotta Blueberry Pancakes with Cholula Original infused Maple Syrup.
